A number of our students are performing as part of the Wessex Schools Choir in collaboration with the Dorchester Choral Society for a wonderful concert on Saturday 16 March. It will also feature former head of music Tom Bruton on saxophone. Please do come along!

Over 40 of our students were entertained at a reimagining of Verdi’s Otello, set in Dorchester’s historic Shire Hall courtroom. The Trial of Iago mixed extracts from the opera, with an historic Crimewatch style trial. A wonderful introduction to opera for many of our students.

The Sixth Form captains hosted a Cabaret Night this week. Students regularly perform to residents at Castle View Care Home, Poundbury & this evening showcased their repertoire, with THS Rock & Pop Choir accompanying them. £200 was raised for the care home too, well done! #drama
