I’m very confused. Some just don’t get that an inclusive school that represents its community should mean it is representative of its community and not different to the community demographic. Inclusion matters.

The amount of school leaders, sorry private academies, on jollies to London makes me wonder where all the money is going.

What a year! What a Term and what a week. It’s been exhausting but worth every minute. Received a fabulous email from a family in Leicester saying how wonderful my students were on the Duke of Edinburgh camp site. Relational approaches do work. Have a great summer
