okay folks, really gotta tell you about this. this is the third time i've used Timeshifter (well, 6 if you count the going and coming back) and it's MARVELOUS


So even though my trip is only a 3 hour time difference, I still wanted to try and see if I can avoid jet let and using the Timeshifter helped so much. This morning I feel so energized and ready to have fun

On this trip I was astounded again by the power of light on the body clock. I slipped right into a 10 - 6 sleep rhythm via Timeshifter . Not fun to wear sunglasses inside today till noon (return protocol started), but worth it to adjust effortlessly when I get home Sunday!


The Timeshifter app is telling me to get as much light and sun as possible to avoid Jet lag... This is me... 🙃


Though I learned the hard way that I can't sleep on planes, I stuck to this schedule super closely to avoid Jetlag. Got as much sun as possible, and slept whenever it told me. It really has been a fucking life saver. Thank you Timeshifter ♥️✊🏿
