If you’re selling a VBC approach to payers just know that the only thing they care about is lowering in-plan-year cost. Achieved via care avoidance (PA), lower cost intervention (step therapy), lower cost site of care. “Improved outcomes” don’t matter.

Early days, but so far General Medicine has the highest NPS of anything we’ve built (pillpack, amazon pharmacy, amazon clinic) and frankly, any consumer product I’ve seen. And PillPack was always kicking around 80.
