Happy to share that my first first-author paper is out The Lancet! Here, we present a case of PMO, a striking neurological condition of visual perception that causes faces to appear distorted, and the first photorealistic visualizations of how these distortions are seen.

Finally, out today in PNAS: "Brain decoding of spontaneous thought: Predictive modeling of self-relevance and valence using personal narratives" Hongji Kim et al. with Byeol Lux, Eunjin Lee, and Emily Finn pnas.org/doi/10.1073/pn…

How much do we really understand about how the brain processes movies/stories? Come to poster #0948 today/tomorrow at #OHBM2024! With Emily Finn and our all-star collaborators Hayoung Song, @headspace_lab, and Monica Rosenberg
