Of course, I tested AlphaFold3 with an MHC molecule and a peptide. I went for H2-Kb with a peptide that doesn't conform to the Kb binding motif—SSYRRPVGI—which didn't work very well with previous versions of AlphaFold. Very impressive results. More benchmarking now.
