Two hours in…this is one of the best PDs I’ve ever been a part of. Speaks to your heart if you’re in education and want to connect with your students, faculty, and staff.

When I was younger we’d have rice and those ten count can biscuits for a meal. I knew when I saw this meal money was beyond stretched. #favoritemeals #whatsyournarritive

I failed 6th grade English. However, because my coaches, teachers, and administrators did not give up on me, I am now the principal of that school where I failed my only class. #whatsyournarrative

“65% of my students are proficient” is not knowing your data. Knowing what the students need to become proficient based on the results IS. Know your students. Set a course. Make it happen!

Great answer from Eli Drinkwitz when asked about transfer portal. "We are such a instant gratification era, myself included -- I'm not putting this on anybody, it's the entire world we live in. "We are trying to skip the step of adversity -- you can never skip that in life."

We have to be reflective to understand the favorable and unfavorable realities in our classrooms and buildings. If we’re not reflecting learning becomes stagnant and your building (teachers) become complacent.
