Reflecting on recent national reports. When cultures are poor and divided my sense is that it is driven by lack of trust and understanding of other’s views and fears. Let’s start where we have common ground. #culture MatNeoSIP @drmatthill01 Becky Wilson-Crellin

I understand the issue being described but it does not address the gap between describing what should be done and ensuring systems are well designed to support best care. We don’t focus enough on the second part. #QI

We have an amazing opportunity. First national MEWS tool and nationwide focus on effective escalation and response. Combine that with a comprehensive evaluation of the impact. Work to be done but achievable. MBRRACE UK MatNeoSIP

Spent the afternoon being shown how to do e-prescribing and produce discharge summaries by our juniors. Felt like a 90 year old being asked to write code! Really pleased to be supporting #JuniorDoctorsStrike next week. #backtotheolddays

What a great article and visual. We too often forget about the health of our teams and the outcomes become the sole focus. #culture #psychologicalsafety

This is a great article highlighting the advantages of team coaching. the work has been led by Rebecca Savage in the Wessex Patient Safety. giving time to focus on the 'how' as well as the 'what' is so important for teams. rb.gy/neawn #culture @beckycrellin
