Who remembers "It's A Royal Knockout" from Alton Towers? Well I was the assistant producer on that and had one of the most surreal days of my life! ITN are making a doc' for Channel 5 all about it, and I was interviewed for some 3 hours about my memories. I'll keep you posted.

What I find amusing about historic reaction to the Royal "It's A Knockout" are the people who say it just ended up being a load of trivial nonsense. Of course it was! It was "It's A Knockout" for goodness sake! We never thought we were making high art or nuanced drama. Sigh...🤔
