Letters to Daniel Francis MP, vol. 1. (Actually, vol. 2 - earlier, I asked Mr Francis how he had calculated the word count - 36,000 at the time - of his parliamentary speeches. No response). Now, I am not Mr Francis's constituent, so there's no obligation to respond, but why not?
