So AXA Insurance UK I have been waiting on my phone for almost an hour and will have to give up in 2 minutes because I will be charged after that by the minute. I want two questions answered and I am not clear when I look at the website. Any tips on how to get someone to answer?

Oh if only Blackwell's would answer the phone! Don’t give me the Covid excuse again. Ordered book last week, told would be dispatched in 72 hours. It wasn’t. Finally told yesterday it would be dispatched today. Presumably it hasn’t been but can I find out! 😡😡😡😡

When are Titan Travel going to sort out their website? I have been trying to access my account since February and still you cannot get into your personal account on the website. Should I be worried?

What is a reasonable time to expect Titan Travel to answer a phone call? Been on the phone for over 50 minutes! Now have to redial in a moment as we can only make calls for up to 60minutes.
