There's no credible way the UK can expand Heathrow airport and still meet net zero by 2050. Capping growth isn't a death sentence. It should instead be seen as an chance to grow its green industries and achieve the massive transition it needs to undergo in the next 30 years.

Every year £1bn is lost at sea by not charging shipping emissions. Charging ships for their fair share of UK shipping emissions is a win-win. The costs would mostly be borne by large, profitable ship operators at next to no cost to consumers. ➡️ bit.ly/3XgMdZu

No tax on shipping fuel or charges on shipping emissions means UK taxpayers are subsidising the sector by millions of pounds every day. A shipping emissions charge would raise £1bn a year for the gov without harming the economy. Watch the full video ➡️ youtu.be/47PYRXJb9Fg
