Cara-Friend had an amazing time over the weekend with some amazing people at Trans Pride NI. Although the weather was wet and windy our spirits were bright & we had such a wonderful time engaging with the community. Thank you to all who made Trans Pride such a beautiful day!

On Sat I stood at Trans Pride NI listening to ash Jones (she/her/ash/aer) with tears in my eyes. Partly because it's #LivedExperience I will never know for myself but mostly because her experience is far too common & NI politicians still choose to deny rights to #TransPeople. 1/3

A reminder that around 70% of UNISON - UK's largest union members are women. Women's conference in 2022 passed a motion for trans equality was unanimously.
