Good morning Tremorfa! It’s that time of the week when we try to fill our volunteer roster. It’s looking a little bit empty just now - could you help? We need about 5-6 more people. It’s great fun and a lovely way to see a different side of parkrun. Email [email protected]

Canine marshal Peblig in his warm weather gear this morning. His custom made volunteer high vis is too toasty for the summer.

Not that you should need another reason to join us, but this is a great one. Rach is a key member of the core team, and we’re all glad that things are so much better than they were a year ago. See you tomorrow!

Tremorfa parkrun is cancelled this morning (27th July) due to horses on the course.

Sorry team there are horses on the course again so we’re having to cancel. We are trying to work with relevant stakeholders to get this under control, but it’s a tricky situation. We hate having to let you all down.
