Not only is the Leng review likely to disappoint, a large part of the 10 year plan is based on the widening and deepening of the same dodgy unproven principles. Who is driving this and why, what analysis has been done, where elsewhere is this working, what if it fails?

trevor rhodes I agree Trevor. A ‘digital-first’ model can exclude some patients. The NHS must keep multiple channels (such as phone, paper letters and face-to-face) available so that appointments and important reminders aren’t missed to keep care equitable.
