LCP and INP are part of Interop 2025!!!! web.dev/blog/interop-2… Will be fantastic to see broader browser support for the underlying APIs needed to calculate these metrics. At the moment there is a big blind spot when only Chromium-based browsers can measure these fully.

So excited about this landing in WordPress 6.8! Well done Felix Arntz and the others who contributed to this. It's very conservative by default (prefetch on click start), but plugins can hook into the implementation to customise it more as they see fit. Speculation Rulez!!!
