It isn’t a Ducks season without a split with the TCMABL North Stars. Drop game one 6-1. Game two is a different story. Jason leads the us to a 10-0 shutout. Hitting, fielding, pitching all come together. Too little too late for the Ducks season, but a great one to end on.
Great split with the TCMABL Giants this weekend. Game 1 goes into extras, but we can’t hold on. Lose 5-4 on a walk off sac fly. Ducks take game 2 6-4. Nick Jervais with the CG. 🐜 with a clutch 2 RBI double and 14 innings behind the dish.
Ducks were able to get one game in but wish we didn’t! Ducks get 2 hit by Bloomington Babycakes Chef and have a rough day in the field. Lose 5-0. Props to the field crew at Concordia for getting one in. Happy Father’s Day to all the papas out there.
Ducks face 13 inning of Eddy and can’t figure out a way to break him down. Drop 2 games to the CottageGroveCoyotes this weekend. Game 1 was close but one inning of merry go round baseball gave the yotes a decisive lead late in the game.
Ducks get their first sweep of the year against a much improved @MinnetonkaColts team. Jason and Swan both with CGs and a ton of Ks. Much needed at this point in the season. Makeup game against the Bloomington Babycakes on 7/31 and TCMABL North Stars next weekend!
Had it not been for our 9 errors, we probably would have won that game. Game 2 against the TCMABL North Stars coming soon.
Ducks drop a must-win game to the Bloomington Babycakes in the 9th inning 7-8. With that, we are eliminated from playoff contention. The cakes can ball. Good luck in the playoffs!
