This evening, Cosgrove inducted 58 amazing students into the National Junior Honor Society. Based on their collective interests and aspirations, the future is in great hands based on these talented and caring individuals. Congratulations!

There were so many talented musicians performing tonight Spencerport Schools during our Evening of Jazz. A special thank you to Fairport Central School District and FHS Jazz Ensemble, Brockport Big Band, and guest performer, Clay Jenkins. Thank you to all in attendance for supporting music education.

Thank you to all of our guest speakers during Cosgrove’s Career Day. Countless individuals volunteered their time to provide students Spencerport Schools an opportunity to engage in an authentic learning experience.

5th grade Bernabi student, Anthony Cutaia, did an amazing job this morning during the Paychex JA Discovery Center ribbon cutting ceremony. Anthony represented Spencerport Schools in an exemplary manner and was joined by his parents, Malik Evans, Senator Jeremy Cooney and Assemblyman Josh Jensen.

The cast and crew of Newsie Jr. did an amazing job entertaining the Spencerport Schools community with their incredible performances. This show is so much fun thanks to the talent that graces the stage. Thank you to Mr. VanVleck, Ms. Mingoea, and all the advisors for their support.

With a focus on race relations in our community, several high school students represented Spencerport Schools at ROC2Change today. The purpose of this group is to empower students across the region to become effective change agents with the understanding that unity grows communities.

Across Monroe County, school districts are blessed to have amazing community partners that are selfless in the support of the students we serve. Act for Education helps us celebrate these connections and Spencerport Schools wishes to thank Marie Kamp and Junior Achievement of Central Upstate NY for all that you do.

Congratulations to Lundyn McCutchen as she represented Spencerport Schools at this year’s Outstanding Senior Recognition Dinner. It was an honor to spend the evening with Lundyn and her parents at this great event.

These eight students are extremely talented and watching them perform was the highlight of my week!

Nat'l School Psychology Week (NSPW): Nov. 11–15. Our team provides support to students, such as learning assessments, counseling, social skills training, & academic/behavior intervention. Consulting w/ families and teachers is key, & we are grateful for their essential work.

Congratulations to the Spencerport Schools cast and crew of Anastasia. Opening night is a huge success and our community has three more opportunities to catch the show over the weekend. Thank you to Ms. Allen and our amazing directors for supporting our talented students. Bravo!

A special thank you to Adam J. Bello for inviting Spencerport Schools Jazz Ensemble to perform during the holiday concert series. This annual event is a highlight for our students and allows them to demonstrate their talent and musical prowess.

It’s a packed house for tonight’s Cosgrove holiday concert. This event is a great way to close out 2024 and we look forward to everything that 2025 will bring for our Spencerport Schools students.

Earlier today, our Canal View students presented the different holidays that they celebrate to the entire school. Their message focused on no matter the holiday, as a school family, “we support you, we respect you, and we hear you.” They ended with “We are Stronger Together!”

It was an exciting day at Bernabi this afternoon with the release of the book that students created. Mrs. Gurz worked with these students throughout the year as they illustrated and highlighted the ABC’s of their school. The group had their official book signing Spencerport Schools.
