Our 2nd Speaker was Dr. Sarah Matuja presented on ‘Implementing Stroke Services in Tanzania’.. It was interesting to learn the steps, progress & the launch of 2 stroke units at Hospitali ya Taifa Muhimbili-Mloganzila & bugando medical centre! She emphasized on the need for Multi-Disciplinary Management!

Our 3rd Speak was Prof. Philip Adebayo Neurologist from Aga Khan Hospital, discussing the management of intracerebral hemorrhage including the bundle of care targets and surgical management.. Emphasis on acute lowering of blood pressure. #WorldStrokeDay2024 #HealthEducation
