UC Law Journal was proud to partner with Berkeley Law’s California Constitution Center to bring together voices from across California, including Chief Justice Patricia Guerrero and retired Chief Justice Tani Cantil-Sakauye last week at the 2024 SCOCA Conference.

This was the first time the conference has been held since COVID. We would like to congratulate Andrew Jacobs, Nithya Kiron, and Gabriella Olk for their amazing work in organizing this incredible event!

Reflecting on the SCOCA Conference, Nithya Kiron, Senior SCOCA Editor, shared: “The conversations with judges and legal professionals were both insightful and energizing, which serve as a reminder of the importance of these dialogues for our justice system’s future.”
