Lots of attacks in the elite men’s race as they come past Simons Town. Nothing seems to be sticking though Cape Town Cycle Tour .. Just that one break up the road with Max Sullivan

#CTCycleTour2019 Women: along with Candice Lill, Amy Wakefield & Samantha Sanders ever present near the front of the group so far have been Lisa Bryer (382) Tiffany Keep (378) & the British rider Elinore Barker (396).

MEN: All back together but the bunch is strung out as the pace gets pushed.

MEN: Three riders off the front: Konny Looser, Orion Craigue, Jacques Lloyd. Gap is at about 20-seconds but growing

#CTCycleTour2019 Women: Our initial estimate was a bit short, there are still 20 odd women in the front group. After Tiffany Keep's attack on Little Chappies she seems content to follow the pace set by Candice Lill on the main climb.
