Our chief exec, Alistair, recently shared his favourite #fibre-friendly & #flour-filled snack for #FibreFebruary with Food - a fact of life: wholemeal #bread! Consumers can boost their daily fibre intake to the recommended daily amount by adding some fruits & veggies to this staple.


Many consumers don't hit their #fibre goals, as Community Dietetics NHSGrampian notes. But simple swaps & additions can help! Using wholemeal #flour for #pizza & adding veggies as toppings can help consumers eat the recommended daily amount - this is just one tasty example. #FibreFebruary
