Love wings, but chicken legs are really good value, super meaty and work really well when treated as you would wings, smoky, crispy and tossed in a wing sauce 😋 not sure why we don't see more of these

Thought it was about time I tried the John Davidsons brisquetta, 0.75kg... Very impressed, it's not as rich as a brisket, but plenty juicy, tender and full of flavour, only took a couple of hrs to smoke at 140c, then wrapped up in a meat swadl for a couple of hrs...

Could this be the ultimate stag do? An evening at UKBBQSchool with whisky tasting to end... The guys loved it, especially the Barbecue Lodges now at the bbq school... This is certainly a unique and fun way to spend an evening... #ukbbqschool #bbqschool #whisky #stagdo

Love it when I can inspire those around me to try something new, was chatting with Matt the Fordmore Farm Shop fishmonger about how people struggle with seafood on the bbq... I suggested he make up some of my seafood buckets from bbq for all... Fair to say he nailed the brief 🔥
