The UK Overseas Territories (#UKOTs) play a vital role in #OceanConservation, which the Blue Belt Programme is proud to support through our #GOWAN programme. GOWAN uses underwater video cameras to monitor biodiversity across the UKOTs supporting evidence-based conservation.

REVEALED! These #seamounts are in the waters around St Helena. They act as an oasis for species in the open ocean and #hydrographic data underpins our understanding of these important ecosystems. This data was collected during the #DY100 survey. #WorldHydrographyDay
