Today ConservativeHome, Simon Dudley 🧢 wrote about how non-existent spiders stopped 1,300 homes at Ebbsfleet 🏘️Despite the efforts of housebuilders, he says it is far too hard to build homes A thread🧵 conservativehome.com/2025/07/31/sim…

Want growth? Build homes. Britain’s housing crisis won’t be solved without backing SME housebuilders 🧱 I’ve joined the SME House Builders APPG to fight for exactly that. Me in City A.M. 👇 cityam.com/sme-housebuild…

An Afghan Asylum Seeker raped a child and blamed it on "cultural differences" Our laws aren’t optional - conform or leave.

🚨 NEW: Labour Housing Minister Matthew Pennycook claims liberalising the planning system is a "conservative idea" Conservative YIMBY 🧢 approves this message 👇

We leaked this video to Calgie the other day - because the British public has a right to know that their Housing Minister doesn't care about building more homes. But don't take it from us - take it from his former colleague Simon Dudley 🧢 👇

Labour are crushing our economy. We are living beyond our means. Cut spending. More tax will kill growth and bring a “debt spiral” ever closer 👇

Great to see another HUGE splash in today's Express for Conservative YIMBY 🧢 The #buildbabybuild movement is a bullet train going a million miles an hour and the driver is wearing a big blue hat! In the words of our Chairman Simon Clarke - the only question is: who's coming with us?

Labour have surrendered on housing. The Lib Dems, Reform and the Greens are anti-development. So that means it's up to us... Read about how we can get Britain building again in this morning's Express 👇 express.co.uk/news/politics/…

Indeed - research by Onward found the average voter thinks annual net migration is 70,000. In the year the poll was conducted it was 10x that - 700,000. And STILL voters thought this too high. So yes, voters think immigration is LOWER than it is! 👇 theguardian.com/politics/live/…

Yesterday, I spoke with a researcher from one of the UK's largest housebuilders. They internally estimate Labour are on track to build less than 200,000 homes this year - down from 253,000 in 2022. Beyond depressing stuff.

Britain is bleeding wealthy individuals - that means our investment goes down and taxes go up. As I wrote for Onward with Adam Smith Institute, a £3m investment with an annual payment and no recourse to public funds in exchange for an IHT exemption, is popular with non-doms and the public.

🧵 What are NDMPs? Why is the Housing Minister suddenly talking about them now? And why did he oppose them in 2022? A quick thread on the most powerful planning tool Labour doesn't want to use properly 👇

A video I made with Neil O'Brien talking about low birth rates & featuring my baby is blocked by the Online Safety Act for non-age verified users. People are downloading VPNs to watch it. Don’t you think this is crazy, Lisa Nandy MP? This is the content being blocked:
