We had a great time at our residency retreat today at the Warren Conference Center, where we performed a SWOT analysis of our program, had small group discussions among each class, enjoyed lunch and some sports outside.

Dr. Monique Arvisais-Anhalt, PGY-2, teaches residents how to tie chest tubes during teaching rounds today with the residents in the trauma bay. Teaching rounds occur at 6:45AM every morning before 7AM sign-out and it gives a chance for seniors to teach about different topics.
