Update: We have our first round of fetal bovine serum replacement results! So far we found 4 things that allow at least a 50% reduction in FBS. Next week, we're coming for that other 50% and I think we're narrowing to a dirt cheap viable culture media between this and the drinks.

I’m tremendously excited to be in South Korea this week to attend the World Biomaterials Congress and present my PhD research. Could not have chosen a better venue for my first post-PhD conference! Come say hi if you’re around.
