We've been given the green light by Sheffield City Council to continue the redevelopment of Park Hill alongside our joint venture partners, Places for People. Phase 5 will include 105 homes and 2,000 sq ft of commercial space, designed by @MikhailRiches 🏡 urbansplash.co.uk/resources/park….

It was great to see lots of people back in the former Cole Brothers building today. Urban Splash are sharing their plans to bring the building back to life. The space is also being used for Sensoria festival. Over 1000 people have been in to have a look today.
