Say hello to the beautiful Black Swallowtail spotted in Riverside Park 🦋 This butterfly is easily identifiable by its black wings adorned with yellow, blue, and red markings. Males have more prominent yellow bands, while females have more blue on their wings.

Who's tracks are those?! 🐾 Some say Pterodactyl but we say Great Horned Owl. 🦉

A frog frozen in time...or at least for the winter. 🐸 ❄️ Some frogs produce a natural "antifreeze" in their blood to keep from freezing solid. 🧊 This allows their bodies to survive even when surrounded by ice! They essentially pause their lives until warmer days return. 🌞
