We had a great time in Ravenscourt Park yesterday making clay animals with families. We found natural materials in the park to use as spines, eyes, tails, antennae and wings! Can you find our clay creatures, the new park guardians, in the playground of Ravenscourt Park?

Yesterday we had a brilliant trip to Hampton Court Palace with a community group from Queen's Park Library. We enjoyed exploring the palace's Tudor history, paying special attention to the six Queens who were married to Henry VIII. A wonderful afternoon in Hammersmith Park doing a pollinator walk with naturalist Steve Bolton. We counted so many butterflies, bees and other pollinators basking in the sunshine and collecting nectar and pollen. We were also excited to spot tadpoles and a newt in the pond! H&F Council

The rain didn't put us off today! We had a wonderful trip to Kew Gardens with a community group from Queen's Park Library. Despite the rain we saw so much: glasshouses, Kew Palace and even a tour in the Royal Kitchens. Lovely! Westminster Libraries and Archives Historic Royal Palaces #DiscoverYourLondon

We had a fabulous community walk along the Parkland Walk, from Finsbury Park to Alexandra Palace. We learnt about its history as a railway line, and took a closer look at nature along the way. We couldn't resist an opportunistic swing too! @waesonline #DiscoverYourLondon
