Recent report of XRT for HGT1 NMIBC - 37 pts, at 5 years: - RFS 32% - Mets 19% - Cancer specific mortality 25% - Grade 3+ AEs 32% A worthy exploration but given that mets, CSM, and AEs are 2-3X worse than other contemporary salvage NMIBC treatments, this should not be offered

Introducing the Reviewer of the Month Jeff Ellis. Dr. Ellis is a Urologic Oncologist at the VA Boston Healthcare System. His research interests include optimizing peri-operative outcomes in bladder cancer as well as innovating urology residency recruitment and training.

Extended follow up for Enfortumab/pembro in 1st line advanced UC (m 26mnths). PFS and OS HRs 0.48 & 0.51 respectively. Median duration of response is 2 yrs for the 68% who responded. The 30% with CR have75% & 95% 2 year PFS and OS respectively. Overall G3+ AEs 56 vs 57 % #GU25
