Postdocs do a lot of invisible labor in academia. The majority of which is helping PhD students. Many of us are happy to do it, but when students fail to acknowledge that help, especially in front of the PI, it kinda kills the vibe. Give people credit for their work.

Excited to share that the manuscript from my PhD work is available on biorxiv. We delve into the neuropeptidergic regulation of foraging behavior. We also show how neuropeptide signaling intersects with dopamine transmission to modulate this behavior.

This is a follow up study where we show that FLP-15 regulates the amplitude of body bends during locomotion in C.elegans. Thanks to Sharanya H Namra Tasnim SIJU SURENDRAN NANGELIYATHU for their contribution to the study.
