Hi British Airways My bags have been stuck at LHR since Friday. AirTags say they’re still at T5 C-gates. They’ve missed 7 flights to YVR, including BA87 today. This is unacceptable & needs to be resolved immediately. BA85 departs soon - bags need to be on that flight!
