We recently visited Newton Aycliffe CC to see the new accessible changing rooms funded by our £55,650 #TheLCF grant Despite the rain, the club were pleased to show us round and tell us about the difference the grant has made for the local community Thanks for the hospitality!

Following our £60,500 grant to Shropshire Wildlife, beavers have returned to Shropshire after 400 years! Our funding supported the purchase, care & relocation of these eco-engineers to the Old River Bed in Shrewsbury. #biodiversity #BeaverComeback #TheLCF

Our new benches are getting their first use under the glorious sunshine this week! Thanks to the generous support of Veolia Environmental Trust with a grant of £16,447 through the Landfill Communities Fund, we've replaced all 10 of our old benches & been able to donate them to local groups!

Protecting Britain's biodiversity is at the heart of what we do 💚 The Veolia Environmental Trust has funded Wildwood Kent to help them expand their vital breeding facilities for endangered wildcats. Together, we're working to return these rare animals to the UK by 2027🐱

We were privileged to attend the opening of the new garden pavilion at Callister Trust in #Birkenhead on Friday A beautiful community space made possible by our #TheLCF grant of £74,908 & a huge amount of hard work by local supporters & volunteers Well done to all involved👏

Great news for Erdington! Veolia Environmental Trust has awarded Ss Thomas & Edmund Catholic Church funding to refurbish Abbey Hall Community Centre. The new double-glazing & rainwater systems will create a warmer, greener space for food banks, youth activities & much more. 👏🏿 #TheLCF

We love spotting Landfill Communities Fund projects in our neighbourhoods! This week our Finance Administrator, Johanna, & her dog Mia walked along Bentley Greenway, Walsall. Our grant of £75,000 enabled Walsall Council to create accessible paths and plant new hedges. #MyLCF
