It’s been an incredibly tough week loosing my grandma. So privileged that I was with her and held her hand as she passed I can’t thank the nurses from Derbyshire Community Health Services NHS FT and DHU Healthcare enough for the care, compassion & kindness they showed to both of us throughout. I’m so grateful ❤️

This is something that has touched my life both personally and professionally. It feels good to help promote awareness and support in my own way.

To speak on behalf of DCHS Improvement, Innovation & Effectiveness Team but to represent Sherwood Forest Hospitals Improvement Faculty was amazing!
