We're at the stage where employers haven't changed their recruitment processes and are just asking nicely to not use AI. Sadly I think companies will just add additional steps; AI video interviewers, proctored assignments etc. instead of improving how they evaluate candidates.

Most VCs should make more investments but that would involve doing more work. A lot of VCs are optimising for lifestyle, not for performance.
