Matt Vander Heiden (MVH Lab Koch Institute at MIT) got us thinking about how changes in metabolism could regulate ecDNA formation, and how ecDNA may then impinge on metabolism to enable cancer progression #CGCecDNA

Andrea Ventura brought day 2 of #CGCecDNA to a close, discussing in vivo and ex vivo engineering of oncogenic ecDNA, in a fantastic session chaired by Vineet Bafna around tools and technologies to generate, manipulate and study ecDNA.
