What the heck is all that extranuclear TDP-43 aggregation doing in LRRK2. Greater frequency in LRRK2 G2019S autopsies compared to PD cases without a LRRK2 mutation. Other papers show TDP-43 in nigra w/o Lewy bodies may be levodopa responsive. …mentdisorders.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/md…
