Our paper on the dissection of three light-responsive plant enhancers is out: academic.oup.com/plcell/advance… My favorite finding: the enhancers rely on suboptimal transcription factor binding sites. This is consistent with the beautiful work on animal enhancers from Emma Farley 🇪🇺

We sequenced 15 sperm samples: one sample from 11 individuals, 2 of whom are monozygotic twins; and 2 individuals donated 2 samples each, at different ages. Our pipeline called 4,460 COs, 1,759 NCOs, 351 complex events and 3,109 events that could not be classified clearly. 4/
