With the NATO Summit in the Hague concluding, I suggest to turn your attention to Strasbourg, where the Council of Europe will sign an agreement with Volodymyr Zelenskyy / Володимир Зеленський to establish a Special Tribunal on the Crime of Aggression against Ukraine.
