Hello satellite ops. Sad news. Due to weather concerns we will be unable to reach the lab where Eureka ARC happens. It had been my hope/plan to get on starting today, so that we could give you at least 3 days. Instead we spent the day scrambling to conform to this new reality.

We will try to do better next time. The backlog of scientific work is now mostly caught up, and hopefully no new problems await us on the next visit.

Hello fellow amateur radio enthusiasts. I will head north to Eureka ARC last week of June. I plan to be active on HF and satellites. For satellites, I think I need a 70cm band receive preamp due to many feet of LMR-600 between the antenna and the rig. Suggestions for a unit?

Had a try at RS-44 on the last orbit. Didn't manage to hear myself, but did hear some crackling as I called. Will try FO-29 at 0136
