We Dare to Dream is Waad Al-Kateab’s brilliant new film full of hope about the Refugee Olympics Team at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. Heart-warming and inspiring it had us on the edge of our seats rooting for these incredibly brave and wonderful young people.

James Andre Emerald Maxwell Andrew Hilliar Vedika Bahl Douglas Herbert Wafa Ali Mustafa has been leading a campaign to find the tens of thousands of Syrians disappeared by the #Assad regime. Among them is her own father, whom she hasn’t had news of since he was arrested in 2013. She spoke to Angela Diffley on #F24AroundTheWorld ⤵️

Wow, UN fail. Sat in a hotel with two very brave Syrians, one a former prisoner another who is looking for her father. Both were scheduled to travel with the UN Special Envoy for Syria to a prison facility. Only problem is the convoy left without them. Can you imagine how degrading that is.
