A country that remembers Uhuru Kenyatta with any sense of nolstalgia is one that is in dire need of collective and corrective therapy.

Before, JSC classifies my ranting as an 'unwarranted criticism': There is a court order from DCI that is dated 17 July 2025, signed by an unnamed magistrate. However, on the CTS(efilling system), the application is yet to be allocated to a magistrate. It is worrying 😟

Hey guys. My piece today in your papers. Crying mothers, chains and a regime that won’t learn. “And in the echoes of those courtroom screams and prison truck wails, I hear the beginning of something the state cannot silence.   A movement born in pain. Carried by mothers. And

Nairobi needs to work FOR KENYANS! I don’t know how we have created a country and a city that works for everyone else except Kenyans! Pipeline is in drowning in sewer and darkness, while untaxed expatriates in Muthaiga are bathed in brightly lit, clean streets. Crock😮‍💨

On further due diligence, we have been successfully mapped on the CTS & I have to ask the The Judiciary Kenya. As per the CTS, this court order doesn't exist. The case is not mapped to any Judicial Officer. Who issued this court Order? How can I do a review of a non-verified Order?!!

Is the so-called CONCLAVE supposed to be funded through public resources? One day, Kenyans will recover from PSs directly monies they keep approving for Raila's ill-motivated, ill-advised and self-gratifying gravy projects.

When Constitution provides for a right - such as right to recall MPs - the lack of a (clear) legal framework can never be used as an excuse to frustrate the implementation of the right. In 2024, I wrote why and how Kenyans can recall their MPs even if the Recall law was unclear.

Ndindi Nyoro is part of the problem. As an "independent" power supplier, he, Hon.Moses Kuria,HSC etc used their vantage position to extract unconscionable power purchase agmts (PPA) - part of the reason electricity is so expensive. He should stop lecturing us about good governance.

I was instructed by Kizza Besigye to file this case E461/2025 against the Kenya government for his abduction in Kenya and unlawful repatriation to Uganda. The days of silence are gone and those who violate human rights must be held to account. We are in court on 29th September.

A nostalgic hanging out with Gen Dr. Miguna Miguna at our alma mater York University. Those playing politics and careless games with education kill the dreams of so many whose only pathway at social mobility is through education. It is an unforgivable sin!

The IEBC spends billions in legal fees on regime-friendly lawyers every year. But when people need it to apply the law correctly to root out impunity and parliamentary sycophancy, it gets even the most basic legal concept (conviniently) wrong! x.com/waikwawanyoike…

Mohamed Wehliye, MBS The lack of an implementing law is not an obstacle to recalling MPs, as waikwa has articulated. In any case recalling an MP is a political exercise. Hence, just like voters do not need grounds to elect an MP, they do not need grounds to recall one.

Mohamed Wehliye, MBS waikwa We also have procedures for recalling MPs. When asked to amend the offending provisions of the Elections Act (grounds for recall), MPigs did but only with respect to MCAs. So there are grounds for recall of MCAs, but none for Mpigs. Solution - use the same grounds.
