We recently had journal club presented by Eisha Wali on anticoagulation for patients with afib but also on chronic dialysis. Hypothetical patient: 70M, paroxysmal afib, ESRD on HD, CHA2DS2VASC = 3. There will be shared decision making, but what would you tend toward?

Congratulations to this great group of University of Chicago Cardiology Fellowship on officially finishing their first year! It has been a weird, memorable year but these guys have navigated it beautifully! (Ian Hackett, MD not pictured). Linda Lee, MD Rishi Pandya AbdulRahman A Abutaleb Nikhil Singh Eisha Wali
