It’s Friday! Before the week fades away, take a moment to pause, reflect, and reconnect. Your mental health matters — even after a long stretch of giving your all. You’re allowed to slow down. You’re worth the check-in. From all of us at Hope HQ, we wish you a great weekend!

This is why our work matters. Mikayla built a huge online rescue community—but quietly battled severe mental illness. She lost that fight. These are the illnesses we fund research to understand and treat. The cost of inaction is lives lost. We must keep investing in answers.
