So sad that plane crash in India. I read a statistic last week oddly enough that said most crashes occur just before landing or after take off, once you're in the air, you're safe. My thoughts to the victims and their families.

Brilliant afternoon today. I met one of my old army sgts for coffee while he is down from Richmond on business. It really lifted my spirits. I'm returning the favour in August and going across to there, which will be nice. i love Richmond.

'Cast no shadow' Oasis is one of the greatest songs from the 90s. From the drum loops to Liam Gallagher vocal, it's as near perfect a song as you can get. Apparently, it was written about Richard ashcroft of verve fame, but I am not sure how true that is.

Had some memories flash up on my phone today from a year ago..I don't live with regrets and they are fond memories and I met some wonderful people and was lucky enough to have a lovely 18 months with despite how it ended someone who will always have a special place in my heart.

What a lovely day it has been today. I've most definitely topped the tan up.
