Another year gone, another solid result for the band with an 8th place out of 18 in this year's regionals contest - 3 months of hard work wrapped up in 12 short minutes! It's been a blast spending so much time with this lovely bunch!

The band are very exciting to be heading up North for the 3rd year in a row to take part in the Saddleworth Whit Friday marches this Friday. If you see us out on the streets, say hi!

One of the highlights of the year for the band, Monday was a cracking night down at the Red Lion pub in Histon, playing to a great crowd for opening night of the Histon Beer Festival. The Bon Jovi megamix and Thriller went down particularly well with an enthusiastic audience!

Last night we joined Cambridge University Brass Band in our annual joint concert. It was a fantastic evening, culminating in a massed band with over 60 players (and one whistle) performing Ticket to Ride!

In just under 3 weeks, the band will be taking to the stage at Histon Baptist Church in conjunction with Haverhill Silver Band. The programme is shaping up to be very exciting, including both bands respective Regionals contest test pieces. Tickets available in person and online!
