Was on the phone for 4:51 minutes before Air Canada answered and booked me on a new flight. BUT, I had another phone in left hand. That agent said there were NO flights, but I stayed on hold w/ my right.

I’m so done with Air Canada!!! My bag has been lost since Wednesday’s flight to lisbon and Lisbon airport says they have no idea where it is. This is unacceptable! I am a touring musician traveling from country to country and now I have to buy all new performance attire!!!€€€
