Cameron High breaks 14 seconds in the 110 hurdles for Brentwood. His 13.99 gets him 3rd in Class AAA in a tight finish. A trio of runners break 14 seconds.

Claire Stegall of Nolensville is now the 4-time Class AAA 1,600 state champion. What a feat. WillCo goes 1, 2, 3, 4 in the race with Lorelai Whitten of Summit, followed by the Banovac sisters - Lia and Lauren. Winning time: 4:45.59. All four local girls break 5 mins!

Cameron High of Brentwood closes third in the Class AAA 300 hurdles in 38.77.

One more race individually … one more state championship run. Senior Claire Stegall of Nolensville wins the Class AAA 800-meter run in 2:07.23. Brentwood teammates Lauren Banovac and Rachel Haws finish 4th and 5th.

Payne Fielder of Brentwood and Alex Osburn of Ravenwood finish Nos. 4 and 5 in the Class AAA 800. Fielder recorded a 1:56.70 and Osburn a 1:59.45.

The Brentwood boys and girls both finish third in the final team standings at the Class AAA state track and field championships. The Nolensville girls close 5th and Ravenwood boys 7th.
