If the whole point of FFR-Guided PCI is to improve CV outcomes (rather than just symptoms or hosp. for revasc, which is only a āpreference decisionā & not a true endpoint), why donāt we use an FFR <0.64, which is the threshold below which we do see a death/MI reduction with PCI?!
